Change of Mind

Any change of mind exchange will incur a restocking fee of 20%. The item must be in its original condition; this means the item must be unused, not have been damaged or altered and all labels still attached.

Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty or we have incorrectly sent you the wrong product, Industrial Evolution will offer you an exchange or full refund. Industrial Evolution will also cover the cost of return shipping. If you choose a replacement, then this will be shipped at no cost to you once the returned item has been received. If there is no replacement available, then you will receive a full refund. Refunds will be credited only to your payment card. Refunds will not be paid in cash.

Return Shipping

The cost of shipping for change of mind is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We will not issue a refund or process an exchange for any lost return packages. Returns by post are made at your risk. We recommend that you use an insured registered mail service as returns not received by us cannot be credited to you. Your return delivery charges will not be refunded by us and such charges will be your own responsibility.

Note: Industrial Evolution reserves the right to deny a refund subject to the review of individual circumstances.
