"Are your products ADR (Australian Design Rules) certified?"
Our products are engineered to meet or exceed the stringent requirements of the Australian Design Rules and have previously passed rigorous destructive tests without fail. ADR certificates are available for a number of products currently available at Industrial Evolution. For more information check our Australian Design Rules page.
"What if my vehicle is not shown?"
If you require a product for a vehicle or application not shown online please contact us using the form provided here. We are happy to develop new products to meet your requirements.
Shipping
"How do I track my order?"
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link. You can also log in to your account and view tracking details under My Orders.
"What are the delivery charges and timeframes?"
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery timeframes will be shown before you complete your purchase. For more detailed information, please visit our Shipping policy page.
"Do you ship internationally?"
We ship globally from Australia. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
"Can I order online and pickup from your warehouse?"
If you wish to collect your order from our Sydney facility simply select 'Collect from Warehouse’ in the shipping options when checking out. Your order will be prepared and a confirmation email sent when your items are ready to be collected. Please bring your order confirmation details and one form of identification with you when you visit us.
"Can I organise my own shipping?"
If your company or organisation has a preferred shipping partner that you wish to utilise simply select 'Collect from Warehouse’ in the shipping options when checking out, and let us know the details in the comments section.

Payments & Security
"What payment methods do you accept?"
We accept all major credits cards and bank transfers. Should your payment method not be shown feel free to contact us to discuss your requirements.
"Was my payment successfully processed?"
Credit Card payments are automatically processed as soon as your order is submitted. Once approved you will receive an automatic order confirmation email. Bank transfers require additional processing time and may take up to three days to be confirmed.
"Is it safe to enter my credit card details online?"
Industrial Evolution uses industry leading SSL Certificates, SHA-2 & 2048-bit encryption for all transactions ensuring your card details are kept safe at all times.
Returns & Exchanges
"What is your returns policy?"

"What do I do if my order is incomplete, damaged or incorrect?"
If you are unhappy with your order in anyway simply contact us to discuss your concerns.
"Can I return or exchange my product?"
Please refer to our refund policy, which can be found here.
"What happens if I’ve bought the wrong product?"
If you need any assistance in determining the right components for your application simply get in touch with us and we will be happy to assist you. However, should you end up ordering a part that is not correct we will happily exchange it for the correct part. Please note Industrial Evolution is not responsible for shipping costs and does not refund for incorrect items ordered.
Getting Started
"How do I create a new customer account?"
To create a customer account you can leave your Email or Mobile phone number in the Contact field in the checkout. Alternatively, you can click the profile button in the top left and give your Email. Your account has now been created. You will receive a verification code each time you want to sign in.
"How do I place an order online?"
Add each product you wish to order to your cart. You can click the 'Cart' button near the top right of your screen at any time to modify quantities, remove items and review the total price. Once you are happy with your order, click 'Check Out' to place the order.
"Where can I find installation instructions?"
Installation guides for a number of our products are available, please contact us here.
New store changes
"Do I need to create a new account?"
No. You’ll simply enter your email and use the one-time login code to access your account.
"Why will my password stop working on the new website?"
Our new store uses a more secure “password-less” login system. Instead of passwords, you’ll enter a one-time code sent to your email.
"Will my account information transfer to the new store?"
Partially. Your email, shipping, and basic account details will automatically be available on the new site. However, for security reasons you will need to setup your payment method before your next purchase.
"Will this effect my order placed before 2026?"
No. All processing orders have been securely transferred from our previous system to our new platform. The only change on paper will be the order number has been updated to suit our new system. Thank you for your understanding.
"Can I view my past orders from before 2026?"
All past orders have been securely backed up for our records and tax purposes, they will not be visible within customer accounts on the new system. If you would like to access records of any of your past orders, feel free to contact us and state the order number so we can best assist you.
